I realized that the last entry of this journal is more than a year ago. In between this deviant art account has been neglected, ignored. Somehow today, i felt curious about the state of this account, of the marks i left behind in an unreal space.

Needless to say, everything is still there. The digital world ensures that everything stays as new as day 1, but the mark maker changes. I no longer feel the need of publishing my works, one of the reason i neglected the account. The people around me, those who affect me on a physical, emotional level, change. My best friends, crushes, people whom i admired are different. As i looked back, i would never imagine the "i" now making the same type of works i used to do. I hate doing completed, coloured illustrations now. Every piece of my work now are uncompleted to the extent that they look like kids' doodles, but i don't really mind because i'm having fun getting lost in the process. Totally incongruent with the 2006 "i".

So right now, i'm leaving behind another mark, something of the "i" in 2007, though it is an unusually more completed piece of work. Just to see it change next year.
